Operating since 1998 and paying up to 1000 temporary workers One Call Recruitment fully utilises the in depth knowledge of its industry experienced management team. We applied for, and were granted our GLA licence in 2006 and are also ALP and SEDEX members ensuring that we are at the forefront of any industry changes taking place.
Training and Support
All workers we supply are required to attend our comprehensive Health & Safety, Manual Handling and Food Hygiene training and pass the set tests before commencing work. This training is available in 20 languages to ensure a complete understanding is achieved. Annual retraining is conducted for all operatives and more specialised training including First Aid and forklift courses are made available to long term employees to further develop our skills base.
Assistance with integration to the local community is provided covering local schools & health services, applying for a National Insurance number and obtaining a bank account. All of these things contribute to a workforce that become and remain loyal, promoting excellent retention levels.
