Call Recruitment Limited
is an independent industrial recruitment agency, supplying staff over
East Anglia and the Midlands area. One Call Recruitment Limited was
formed in 1998 to supply cost effective staff into production, warehousing
and the industrial sectors. During this time we have strived to operate
honestly, ethically and always with our customers and staff being our
main focus.
Over the last 18 months we have helped form the Association of Labour
Providers (ALP) and represented on their executive committee. The ALP
have worked very closely with the government, DEFRA, the multiples and
our customers to ensure that new legislation, re the Gangmaster Licensing
Bill, will be a positive way forward for our industry. One Call Recruitment
is one of the first companies to have been successfully audited against
the new GLA Code of Practice, and are now waiting to apply for our Gangmaster's
Licence.
One Call Recruitment has, during this time, applied and been granted
an operators licence and now runs a fleet of public service vehicles.
All drivers who transport our staff have PSV driving licences and all
vehicles are covered by hire and reward insurance. Full Public Liability
Insurance is in place, as is, health and safety training with inductions.
Eligibility to work in the UK checks are backed up with strong relationships
with the immigration offices and regular contact with the Home Office.
Working together as a partnership develops a good understanding of our
customer's business. On site supervision, account manager and full support
from the head office ensure a seamless integration of One Call staff
into your production unit. Machine operators, line leaders, QC staff,
MHE operators are all available, if required, and can be trained into
your company's routines and procedures.
